  Additional instructions: Land in Buenos Aires and wake up in Avellaneda. Look for multi-color façades in La Boca and wind up in the Riachuelo. Imagine a melancholy city only to find it alive and kicking, but already past its fury. Overcome expectations and wind up running into so much impulse on the loose. Burst out of the honeycomb and have to take off running, much to my regret.

Christian Bermúdez
  

(San José, Costa Rica, 1976) Lives and works in Oslo, Norway. Graduaed from the National School of the Arts in Oslo (Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo), having studied film and journalism. His work, based in video, photography and installation, introduces foreign elements into particular contexts. His greatest areas of interest are landscape, architecture, botany, identity and how it is related to the social environment.
