The
process that I have developed during the residency period emerges
from a necessity of sorts, to make small changes in the state of things
as we know them, opening up new possibilities of expanding upon that
knowledge that is already familiar to us, done very much in the spirit
of a game. In this case it is an intervention by way of drawings that
are the result of a long process, that establish a new "symbolism";
they are new images conceived of for urban spaces, strategically located
in certain places. Whenever I find myself before something that makes
a significant impact, new forms or changes are assigned or introduced.
At the same time, this means intervening my own interventions, creating
a vicious circle that passes inside and outside of everyday living,
affirming the need to unmake in order to remake once again in a different
way. |
