During the residency, I gave myself up to drifting (Guy Debord's yo-yo project) in the city. With this idea as a starting point I collected signs and packaging found in the street. I was particularly interested by different strategies used by services to disseminate information to the city's passersby; not the texts so much as the techniques and practices used by businessmen to circulate their product throughout the city. Printed plastic bags, silkscreened signs stapled on posts everywhere and flyers posted in the street were among the things I chose to collect and archive. The idea of service seduced me and I worked with information from my travels, from a phrase picked up upon arriving at the Ezeiza airport to the city's leftovers or debris, gathered after stores closed for the day.
